Terms of ordering

These are the rules for buying from StarShop. By requesting an invoice or sending a deposit, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, message our Facebook Page before you mine.
How we sell
- We sell only on our Facebook Lives and video posts, not by private message.
- You comment mine with the item code and quantity, once only. We do not reply on the comment.
Deposit
- The deposit is ₱1,000 and above. Request your deposit invoice on starshop.live first.
- We add centavos to your amount so we can match your payment. Send the exact amount shown, centavos included.
- One deposit covers the whole day, across all our lives and posts. It is deducted from your invoice.
- A deposit is acknowledged only after we verify the payment. Your order form and a receipt are required.
Paying
- Pay within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. We send it as a link the night after every live.
- Every payment you send updates the same invoice. Your balance on the link is the amount to pay.
- Unpaid invoices are cancelled automatically after 24 hours. The deadline is shown on your invoice link. If you already paid or need more time, message our Page right away.
- Payments are made to the accounts shown on your invoice link only.
- No cash on delivery.
No cancellations
Every mine is final. Please mine only what you will pay for.
Timeline and shipping
- Items are collected abroad for about 2 to 3 weeks, then sent home together by air cargo, which takes about 1 week.
- After arrival we check and pack your items, which takes 3 to 5 days, and you get a photo of your actual items.
- Shipping is charged on your invoice. We ship by LBC (preferred) or J&T locally, or DHL, FedEx or UPS internationally.
- These times are estimates. Delays from airlines, customs and couriers are outside our control.
