Eight steps. The first three happen around our live, the rest happen on your invoice link, and we haul it home from abroad.
Use Request my invoice on this page and pick ₱1,000 or more. We add the centavos and show you the exact amount to send, like ₱1,000.37. One deposit covers the whole day. Settle it before or during the live: no deposit, no mining.
On our live or video post, with the exact deposit amount from your invoice. Comment once only. We don’t reply on the comment; your invoice tells you everything.
We message it to you the night after every live. Lost it? Use Find my invoice on this page with your invoice number, the end of your link.
Your item invoice for that day is due within 24 hours. Send the exact amount, centavos included, and write your invoice number in the payment note. Your deposit is already deducted. Every payment updates the same invoice. No COD. If the balance isn’t paid in 24 hours, the order is cancelled and your deposit is put on hold until you order again.
On your invoice link, fill in your order form (name, contact number, address, and a landmark if you like) and upload your receipt. Both are required. Your invoice shows when your payment is acknowledged, after payment verification.
Your items are collected abroad for about 2–3 weeks, then sent home together by air cargo, which takes about 1 week.
We check every item and pack your parcel, which takes 5–7 days. You get a photo of your actual items.
Pay your shipping fee on your invoice link and we ship to your address: LBC (preferred) or J&T locally, or DHL, FedEx, UPS or Dragon Courier international (depends on the courier available in your country). Your tracking number appears on your link.
A mine is final. We don’t accept cancellations. We buy your items abroad and it takes weeks to arrive, so if you can’t wait, please don’t mine.
Nothing to do. We don’t reply on mine comments. Your invoice link is sent the night after every live, and it shows when your deposit is acknowledged, which happens after payment verification.
Invoices go out the night after every live. Use Find my invoice on this page with your invoice number (the last 6 characters of your link). Lost the link completely? Message our Page and we’ll resend it.
₱1,000 and above. When you request your invoice we add the centavos, for example ₱1,000.37. Send that exact amount and write it in your mine comment. Settle your deposit before or during the live.
No. If your deposit isn’t settled before or during the live, you can’t mine, and a mine without a deposit isn’t counted. Request your deposit invoice first, then mine.
No. One deposit covers the whole day, across all our lives and posts. Your invoice already deducts it, so you just pay the Amount to Pay. Every payment you send updates the same invoice.
Sorry, no. Every mine is final. We buy your items abroad and it takes weeks to arrive, so if you can’t wait, please don’t mine.
Your deposit must be settled before or during the live, or you can’t mine. Your item invoice for that day is due within 24 hours after that live ends. If it isn’t paid, the order is cancelled and your deposit is put on hold until you order again.
It won’t be on your invoice, and you won’t be charged for it. Ask for a refund, or use your deposit on other items.
