Terms of ordering

These are the rules for buying from StarShop. By requesting an invoice or sending a deposit, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, message our Facebook Page before you mine.

How we sell

• We sell only on our Facebook Lives and video posts, not by private message.
• You comment mine with the item code and quantity, once only. We do not reply on the comment.

Deposit

• The deposit is ₱1,000 and above. Request your deposit invoice on starshop.live first.
• We add centavos to your amount so we can match your payment. Send the exact amount shown, centavos included.
• One deposit covers the whole day, across all our lives and posts. It is deducted from your invoice.
• A deposit is acknowledged only after we verify the payment. Your order form and a receipt are required.

Paying

• Your deposit must be settled (paid and verified) before or during the live. If you haven’t made your deposit, you cannot mine, and a mine without a deposit isn’t counted.
• Your item invoice for that day’s live is due within 24 hours after that live ends. Your countdown starts when we announce the live is over, and it shows on your invoice link.
• Every payment you send updates the same invoice. Your balance on the link is the amount to pay.
• If the balance isn’t paid within 24 hours, the order is cancelled automatically and your deposit is put on hold until you order again. If you already paid or need more time, message our Page right away.
• Payments are made to the accounts shown on your invoice link only.
• No cash on delivery.

No cancellations

Every mine is final. We buy your items abroad and it takes weeks to arrive. If you can’t wait, please don’t mine.

Timeline and shipping

• Items are collected abroad for about 2 to 3 weeks, then sent home together by air cargo, which takes about 1 week.
• After arrival we check and pack your items, which takes 5 to 7 days, and you get a photo of your actual items.
• Shipping is charged on your invoice. We ship by LBC (preferred) or J&T locally, or DHL, FedEx, UPS or Dragon Courier internationally. The international courier depends on what is available in your country.
• These times are estimates. Delays from airlines, customs and couriers are outside our control.

Text messages

You can choose to get a text message when we go live. It is optional, and we only use it to tell you about our lives. Message and data rates may apply. To stop, message our Page.
